Well, let me tell you… I used this tool for the first time this morning and it is a GD game changer. It is so satisfying to hear that pop of the root being dislodged from the ground.

Haven Trident grabs the weed at the root rather than the stem, so the whole thing comes out in one pull. It works on dandelions, crabgrass, plantains, foxtail, thistles, and burdock. Getting the full root out means the weed does not grow back.

Haven Trident pulls the entire weed out of the ground, including the root underneath, and drops it straight into your bucket with one press of your foot. Your hands stay completely clean the whole time.
How tall is the handle?
The handle runs 44 inches (112 cm) long, which is enough for most people to stand at their full height while they weed without having to bend down at all.
How does it actually work?
You push the four-tine claw into the ground around the base of the weed, pull the handle back to grip the root, and press your foot down on the ejector to drop the whole weed into your bucket. Your hands never touch it.
Does it remove the root completely?
Yes. The claw grabs the weed at the root rather than the stem, so the entire root comes out in one pull. Because the root is fully removed, the weed does not grow back.
How heavy is it?
Haven Trident weighs 3 lbs (1.36 kg), so it is light enough to use comfortably for a full session in the garden without your arms getting tired.
